Eligibility for Returns

• Products are eligible for return if they:

  • Are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Have been purchased within the last 30 days (proof of purchase required).

  • Are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Products with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Process for Returns

• Contact our customer service team at hello@genesiselevated.com to initiate a return.

• Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return.

• Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the product back.

• Return shipping costs:

  • For defective or damaged products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged.

• Partial refunds may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Products not purchased directly from Genesis Elevated (third-party sellers).

• Items returned without prior authorization or beyond the 30-day return period.

Processing Times

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
